The practice

Clinical wellness for the dangerous middle.

You are the one everyone depends on. You don't get to disappear for a week. But you also can't keep going the way you're going.

Transcendfit is built for exactly that moment — a single structured day, in private, with practitioners who understand your intake before you arrive. Not a wellness sampler. Not a retreat. A clinical day that gives you something real to carry home.

What we work on
  • The 3pm crash you've started planning around.
  • The shoulders that won't release, even after a massage.
  • The Sunday dread that arrives by Friday afternoon.
  • The alarm at 5:40 you've stopped feeling.
  • The email tab open since Tuesday.
  • The version of yourself you keep meaning to get back to.
Chaos to Clarity

One day. The reset that makes everything after it possible.

The flagship immersive experience at Transcendfit. Built for people who can't disappear for a week — and know that what they need isn't more rest. It's recalibration.

MORNING

Movement & Mind-Body Reconnection

10:00–12:00

A 90-minute movement session designed to reconnect your mind to your body — mapping the places you haven't felt in a while, releasing deep physical restrictions, and building a practice you can carry forward. You leave the morning knowing something new about how your body works.

MIDDAY

Somatic + Nervous System Blocks

12:00–5:30

Four structured blocks: nervous system calibration, clinical bodywork, a 2.5-hour thermal circuit (sauna, cold plunge, stillness sanctuary), and a holistic nutrition workshop over three full meals. Evidence-aware. Sequenced intentionally. Your body knows what to do when you give it the right conditions.

EVENING

Coaching Circle + Commitment

5:30–8:00

A coaching circle where everyone speaks what moved through them — to be heard, to hear others, and to name what they're carrying forward. You leave with your Participant Toolkit and a self-contract signed in community. Check-ins at day 3, 10, and 30 scheduled before you walk out.

Two ways in

The Immersive Experience.
The Coaching Container.

Two different doors into the work. One gives you the reset. The other sustains it. Many people begin with Chaos to Clarity and continue from there.

Ongoing 1:1 Coaching

The Coaching Container

For people who want sustained support in building a health architecture that actually fits their life. Not a program. Not a protocol.

A working relationship with a practitioner who knows your body, your patterns, and your goals — and adjusts as you do. The work is specific, the structure is yours, and it builds over time.

By consultation
Pricing shared after intake.
Available in SF, Hayward, Fremont + remote.
No automated reply. No funnel. Geni reads every intake.

A letter from Geni

I built this practice for the people who are still showing up.

You are not going to a retreat. You don't have time for a retreat. The kids need pickup, the team needs decisions, the parent you're caring for has a follow-up on Thursday.

What you can do is take one day. Not a half-day spa. Not a wellness sampler. A clinical day, in private, with practitioners who already understand your intake before you arrive — because you sent it ahead.

I built Transcendfit around the people I kept meeting in twenty years of practice: educators, founders, activists, coaches, parents, and the young adults already carrying weight for their families and their own parents. The ones who held everything together for everyone else. The ones who would never describe themselves as exhausted because someone always has it worse.

The work is specific. The day has a structure. You leave with a written plan and the contact information of the practitioner who will check in with you on day three, day ten, and day thirty.

What I've learned in twenty years of this work is that the body keeps score — but it also keeps solutions. When you give it the right conditions: intentional movement, nervous system support, nourishment, stillness, and community — it knows exactly what to do. The work isn't fixing you. You aren't broken. The work is creating the conditions for you to remember what wholeness feels like.

On working with Geni

My biggest takeaway: I needed to incorporate breathwork and walking outside daily — not the fast pace or sweat-it-out aerobic kind, but the kind that allows me to be in fresh air, with nature, and ground myself in the moment.

I also had been operating in heavy fight or flight mode for a long time before I knew what it actually meant. Now I'm learning to bring more intention to my movements — and bringing back ease into my routine.

From the broader practice
I don't feel you caused a transformation in my life. But you have been extremely helpful in negotiating the difficult aspects of natural aging. The science of diet and exercise keeps changing. You keep me informed. I learn a lot from you.
Former Director of Environmental Affairs · Auto industry · Long-term client
You have always provided positive feedback, even when I knew I could be doing better. That's one of the elements that has kept me working with you long-term.
Clinical psychologist (PsyD) · Long-term client
You make people believe they can handle more than they thought they could. We've known each other thirty years — every time we reconnect, it's like no time has passed.
Registered Nurse (MSN-Ed, CCRN, NPD-BC) · Peer of thirty years
Questions

The ones we get most.

What actually happens in Chaos to Clarity?

An intake form completed before you arrive. A full day — 10 hours — structured across precision movement, nervous system calibration, a 2.5-hour somatic block (clinical bodywork and thermal circuit), a holistic nutrition workshop with three full meals, lifestyle coaching, and a closing community circle. You leave with your Participant Toolkit and a self-contract. Check-ins at day 3, 10, and 30.

You come in feeling the weight of everything. You leave feeling more free to be as you are — in a way that feels meaningful and purposeful.

What is the difference between Chaos to Clarity and ongoing coaching?

Chaos to Clarity is a single-day immersive experience — a full reset that gives you tools, clarity, and a written commitment to carry forward. It's the jump-off. One day, structured, held in community.

The Coaching Container is for people who want sustained, ongoing support in building a health architecture that fits their actual life. It's a working relationship — not a program with an end date. The work adjusts as you do.

Many people begin with Chaos to Clarity and continue into coaching from there. Both doors are open.

Is this medical care?
It is clinical wellness, not medical treatment. The practice coordinates with your existing physicians when relevant. It does not prescribe medication. What it does offer is a structured, evidence-aware program for the patterns most individuals in the practice arrive with.
Who is this for?
High-functioning people in caregiving or leadership roles — educators, founders, activists, coaches, parents. And young or aspiring adults already supporting their families and their own parents while building their lives. The ones everyone depends on. If you can't take a week off and you're tired of the wellness sampler, this is for you.
What does it cost?

Chaos to Clarity — June 20 Immersive Experience: $1,199. Payment plans available at checkout. Scholarship seats $333–$777 by application — email [email protected] with "Needs Based Seat" in the subject line.

Ongoing Coaching Container: Pricing is shared after your consultation intake, once Geni or her associate understands your patterns and goals. The fee is fixed, not bundled, and there are no add-ons.

Where is the practice?

The June 20 Chaos to Clarity event is in San Francisco. Location shared upon ticket purchase to protect the integrity of the intimate container we're building.

Ongoing 1:1 coaching is available in San Francisco, Hayward, and Fremont — by appointment only. Remote and hybrid options available.
